28 Pearl Street is a fully-entitled 0.45-acre transit-oriented multifamily development (“TOD”) site in the heart of downtown Port Chester, a rapidly developing, amenity-laden village located in Westchester County, New York. Currently vacant land, the proposed project contemplates a nine-story building comprised of 140 residential units (126 market rate & 14 affordable @ 60% AMI) and 90 below-grade structured parking spaces across 158,000 gross square feet. Six Acre, in partnership with St. Katherine Group, recapitalized 28 Pearl Street in December 2024 and will spearhead pre-development and construction permitting efforts with the goal of commencing vertical construction in Q1 2026.
